rear a gift of Mrs Harold Necker-Engel, the Castle of Amédée VIII is, since 1976, the seat of a recognized Foundation of public utility, the purpose of which is to emphasize the historical heritage, artistic and naturalness of Feast and to make of this site a place of promotion of a better relation between the Man and his environment.

years this line, the Foundation accomodates many cultural events such as exposures, concerts, living rooms of the book. It organizes visits of the site under the control of graduate guides of the Inheritance of the Countries of Savoy.

situation of the Castle of Feast in this beautiful lemanic area has, its vast natural framework, its excellent air links (with 1:00 of the airport of Geneva-Cointrin), ferrovières and road, allowed that the Foundation becomes a meeting place, seminars and receptions very appreciated.

fondation Feast has is directed by the Council of which a third of the members is indicated by the State, a third by the regional Communities and a third by the family of the founder. She is self-sufficing for two thirds of her budget and depends for the remainder on subsidies (particularly of the Town of Thonon and the General advice of High Savoy).
